Registering with us
Consular Section keeps a record of British nationals living in the Dominican Republic. If you are a resident here, or are planning to visit for three months or more, we strongly advise you to register. Once registered you should update your records on a yearly basis. Consular registration is free.
Please download the form below and complete details for all your British family members in the Dominican Republic. As the British Embassy strengthens its online communications, it would be helpful, where possible, for you to include an e-mail contact on your form. We encourage you to use this service if you have not already done so. You can email your completed form to us at brit.emb.sadom@codetel.net.do. Alternatively, you can register at the Consular section in person.
Registration of Commonwealth Citizens:
Consular Section do register citizens of those Commonwealth countries without diplomatic or Consular representation in the Dominican Republic.
Confidentiality of registration records:
The information contained in the register will not be given to a third party without the written consent of the person concerned.
